Jindal Steel & Power (JSPL) has commissioned the plate mill of its proposed six million tpa steel mill at Angul in Orissa.
The plate mill of six mtrs width has an annual capacity of 1.5 million tonne. Also, JSPL has completed construction of two units of its 1,000 MW power plant proposed to be set up at the same location. Currently, work is underway on coal gasification, DRI, oxygen plant and coal washery unit.
